Sacha Noam Baron Cohen (born October 13, 1971) is an English comedian, actor, writer, broadcaster and humorist. He is best known for his orthodox interpretation of three fictional characters: Ali G, Borat and Bruno. In their routines, Baron Cohen's characters interact with the innocent people who do not realize they are being created to comic situations and self-revelation ridiculous.

Baron Cohen's work was recognized with several Emmy nominations, an Oscar nomination for Best Screenplay, a BAFTA and a Golden Globe for Best Actor for his work in the film Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan. After the release of the movie Borat, Sacha Baron Cohen said, because the government had become too familiar with the characters he would retire Borat and Ali G. Similarly, after the release of Bruno, he said he would remove the title character.
