Hilary Erhard Duff (born September 28, 1987) is an American actress, singer, songwriter, author and entrepreneur. After working in local theater plays and television commercials as a child, Duff gained fame in the title role in the Disney Channel television series Lizzie McGuire. Since then she has appeared in films such as Lizzie McGuire, Cheaper by the Dozen, Cinderella Story and Cheaper by the Dozen 2

As a singer, Duff, published by the RIAA certified triple platinum debut album, Metamorphosis. His next two albums, Hilary Duff and Most Wanted, were platinum. His 2007 album, dignity has been certified gold and has generated the highest unique mapping of the United States in 2011, "With Love". Best of Hilary Duff, the collection of greatest hits, released in late 2008. Duff has sold over 13 million records worldwide. Billboard has ranked the 69 best-selling artist, 2000.

Duff has also launched her own clothing line, Stuff by Hilary Duff and just for DKNY Jeans, and signed with IMG Models. She has also published two collections of perfume with Elizabeth Arden. His other business activities include writing a novel for young adults, Elixir, and works as executive producer for the film according to Greta and as a producer for the movie Material Girls and Beauty & Briefcase.
