James Eugene "Jim" Carrey (p. 17 January 1962) is a Canadian-American actress, comedian, singer and writer. He has received two Golden Globe Awards and has also been nominated four times. Carrey began play in 1979, performing at Yuk Yuk in Toronto, Ontario.
