Li Lian Jie (born April 26, 1963), better known by his stage name Jet Li is a Chinese martial artist, actor, film producer, Wushu champion, and an international movie star was born in Beijing, and took citizenship of Singapore in 2009.

After three years of intensive training with Wu Bin, Li won his first national championship team in Beijing Wushu. After retiring from wushu at the age of 17 years, won with great success in China as an actor made his debut with the film Shaolin Temple (1982). He became a star in many martial arts films acclaimed epic, especially Once Upon a Time in China series, in which he portrayed folk hero Wong Fei-hung.

We first film role in Hollywood was the villain in Lethal Weapon 4 (1998), but her first starring film role in Hollywood was Romeo Must Die (2000). He went on star in many Hollywood action films, most recently co-starred Expendables (2010), Sylvester Stallone, and The Forbidden Kingdom (2008) Jackie Chan, as the name of the person and the bad The Mummy: Tomb of the 'Dragon Emperor (2008) opposite Brendan Fraser. It 'also appeared in the films of Hong Kong Ocean Sky (2010), directed and written by Xue Xiaolu.
