Mickie Laree James (born August 31, 1979), better known simply as Mickie James is an American professional wrestler, and singer, of mixed Indian-Caucasian descent Total Nonstop Action Wrestling recorded (TNA), which is a former TNA Women's Knockout Champion . He is best known for his time in World Wrestling Entertainment. James started his career as a waiter wrestling in 1999, is an independent circuit, where he was known as Alexis Laree. And 'trained in different fields to improve his wrestling skills before working for Total Nonstop Action Wrestling in June 2002, where he received national attention. After just a few appearances, he joined the stable called The Gathering, and the group recorded angles. He is also the only woman to be involved in Clockwork Orange House of Fun matches.

James appeared in WWE in October 2005 and was placed in a story with Trish Stratus, in which James trick 'was a big fan of Stalker Stratus haunted tour, an angle that lasted almost a year. She received an impulse, and won his first WWE Women's Championship at WrestleMania 22, a title he has held a total of five times. James also won his first championship Divas at Night of Champions in 2009 to become the second diva hold the securities of Women and Divas. She, however, the company was released April 22, 2010, after which he returned to Total Nonstop Action Wrestling, where he became the first woman to win the women in WWE, WWE Divas, TNA Knockout Championship and and seven times world champion in general.
