Marshall Bruce Mathers III (born October 17, 1972), better known by his stage name Eminem or his alter ego Slim Shady, is an American rapper, record producer and actress. Eminem popularity has led the team, D12, mainstream recognition. Besides being a member of D12, Eminem is also one half of hip-hop duo from Detroit Bad Evil meets with Royce da 5'9 ". Eminem is one of the best-selling artists in the world. He has listed and ranked as one of greatest artists of all time for many magazines. Includes work on D12 and Bad Meets Evil, Eminem 10:00 reached number one album on the Billboard Top 200, which also sold over 33 million songs downloaded and 39.6 million albums in the U.S. alone.

Eminem quickly gained popularity in 1999 with his first major-label album, The Slim Shady LP. The Slim Shady LP, The Marshall Mathers LP and its third major album, The Eminem Show, all prizes won a Grammy, making Eminem the first artist to win Best Rap Album for three consecutive drives. The Marshall Mathers LP is also considered one of the best and most successful album of Eminem. Eminem went on break after the tour in 2005. He released his first album since 2004 again, Relapse, entitled May 15, 2009. In 2010, Eminem released his seventh studio album collection, which became an international success. Recovery was also named the best selling album worldwide in 2010 to join The Eminem Show, which was the best seller of 2002. Eminem won two Grammy Awards for relapse and recovery, gave him a total of 13 Grammys in his career. Eminem named Masta Ace, Big Daddy Kane, Ice-T and Newcleus, including its influences.

Eminem has opened other businesses since the beginning of his success. He founded his own label, Shady Records, his manager Paul Rosenberg. It also has its own radio station, Shade 45th Eminem began an acting career in 2002 when he played in the drama hip hop film 8 Mile. It is also featured in the film 2013 Shady Talez, Have Gun, Will Travel and LH. He also made appearances in The Wash (2001), Funny People (2009) and the television series Entourage.
