Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi (Punjabi, Urdu: چودہری پرویز الہی) (born November 1, 1945) is a Pakistani politician. It was the first minister of Pakistan's most populous province, Punjab, from 2002 to 2007. He is an officer and the provincial president of Pakistan Muslim League, Punjab.

Elected President of the Gujrat District Council for four years. In 1985 he was elected unopposed as a member of the Provincial Assembly of Punjab. Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi became Minister of Local Government and Rural Development for a period of eight years. In 1993 he was elected opposition leader in Punjab Assembly and also served as head of the opposition. He was elected president without opposition from the Provincial Assembly of Punjab in 1997. He is president-elect of the Pakistan Muslim League, Punjab. In the 2002 general elections, was elected to the Punjab Assembly for the sixth consecutive time. He served the province of Punjab, as Prime Minister in October 2002, October 2007. He was elected to the National and Provincial Assemblies elections in February 2008. He was the leader of the opposition in the National Assembly of Pakistan.
