Ana Ivanovic (Serbian Cyrillic: Ана Ивановић; Serbian pronunciation: [ana i̞v̞ǎ nɔ̝v̞i̞ʨ ː] (listen)) (born November 6, 1987, in Belgrade, SR Serbia, Yugoslavia) is a former World No. 1 tennis Serbian. As of August 8, 2011, she was ranked number 16 in the WTA world. She beat Dinara Safina to win the Open in 2008 in French and was a finalist in singles at the French Open in 2007 and 2008 Australian Open. Competition as a professional since 2003, she won 10 WTA singles titles Tour.
